At Whoa Mart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

After 14 days from delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition received
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging where possible
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

🚫 Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Please contact our support team first for return instructions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Returns Without Original Packaging

If the original box or packaging is missing but the product is unused and undamaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Refunds may be reduced if original packaging is not included.

Partial Refunds May Apply If

  • Items show signs of use
  • Products are not in original condition
  • Parts are missing for reasons not due to our error

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider — processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges & Replacements

We replace items if they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

To request a replacement, email support@whoamart.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will provide return instructions.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit once the returned item is approved.

If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for valuable items
  • Whoa Mart is not responsible for returns lost in transit
